• You agree to undergo verification by our team.
• You accept the registration fee and any applicable charges.

UrbanFixy charges professionals a registration fee to list their services. Additionally, we offer featured listings, subscriptions, and premium visibility options. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Links.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay – a secure payment gateway.
• Professionals are responsible for any taxes or charges applicable to their payments.
• We reserve the right to change fees with prior notice.

Customers are not charged any fees for using UrbanFixy – you contact professionals directly and negotiate payments with them.

Customers can leave reviews and ratings for professionals they have worked with. To maintain integrity and trust:

• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience.
• We reserve the right to remove fake, misleading, or offensive reviews.
• Professionals may respond to reviews professionally.
• Only logged-in users can leave reviews.
• Each user can leave one review per professional.

All content on UrbanFixy, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of UrbanFixy or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
• Professionals retain ownership of the content they upload (images, descriptions, etc.).
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on our platform.
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

By using UrbanFixy, you agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Not share false or misleading information.
